After the former employer of "The Bride", the leader of Deadly Viper Assassination Squad spoils her wedding, kills her unborn baby and almost kills even her, she falls into a coma. After four years, she awakes and is prepared for vengeance. She is after every member of the Viper squad, that ruined her wedding, trying to reach her ultimate goal - kill Bill. First name on her list is Vernita Green, known as Copperhead and after a furious struggle in Vernita's home, The Bride manages to kill her so she can strike her name off a checklist. Then she flies to the Japan, so she can get katana made by legendary sword-smith Hattori Hanzō. Soon, she soaks the blade with a blood of dozens of O-Ren Ishii bodyguards, even her best and deadliest sadist girl, Gogo Yubari. After that massacre in Tokyo nightclub, she duels O-Ren Ishii in a snow draped garden. After killing her in a sword fight, she sends a message through Sofie to Bill. She strikes off the next name on her checklist continues on her path soaked in blood.
